- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm a total wuss about having to get stuff like this done. Joanna was great, very patient and empathetic with me, and really cheerful about the whole situation. I had another issue 2 years later and there was no doubt that she was who I wanted to see. Also, long-lasting anesthetic is a godsend, there was never any soreness or pain during the healing process.
